This spectacular 49-hectare farm is located in one of the quietest areas of northern Costa Rica, in the small town of Dos Ríos de Upala, in a completely rural area, the topography is mostly flat with gentle hills and green grass throughout the year, it has abundant vegetation and many wild animals, such as deer, monkeys, tapirs and all kind of exotic birds.

Inside the property there is a waterfall and a river with blue waters which is the main attraction of the property, it also has 5 water springs.
